Constance Lee Winters

Constance Lee Winters, known by loved ones as Connie, was put to rest on March 28, 2023. She was a daughter , wife, mother, and friend to many. Connie leaves behind her husband Richard Winters, and daughter Sandra Winters. She was preceded in death by her mother, May Stepanich, father,Joe Stepanich, and brother, Frank Stepanich. Connie was born on December 11, 1964 and Englewood Colorado was her home. 

Connie graduated from Englewood High School in 1983 and shortly thereafter met, fell in love and married Richard Winters on November 21, 1984. Connie and Richard were married for 38  years and together lovingly raised their daughter Sandra. Connie will be remembered for being loving, kind, and consistently direct to the point. She was known for guiding and helping others, a trait she exhibited regularly in her profession working with the State of Colorado for many years before later retiring.  Connie was a self- taught computer whiz, many relied on Connie’s technical skills throughout her life. She was also an excellent photographer and enjoyed spending time capturing everything from family photos to breathtaking landscapes. A Celebration of Life and Reception will be held at the Winters’ Residence on April 30 from 1-4 pm.
