He was born in Grants Pass, OR on September 8, 1957 to Milton and Patricia Eastwood. He is survived by five brothers, Spark, Carl, Phillip, William (Chris) and Eric Eastwood, his daughter Lorie Michelle and grandchildren Brendan Michael, Briona Michelle and Ashton Quillan. Bix had many cousins, nieces and nephews that he was dedicated to and all of whom loved dearly. He also had many lifetime blood brothers, that for them his memory will live on.Last, but not least, he leaves behind his best friend, road dog and sidekick, the amazing Rodeo
