For over 30 years, Mile High Cremation Care has been dedicated to assisting families in their greatest time of need.

We are motivated by our guiding principle of caring for others. Undoubtedly, it’s our duty to work with care and compassion for the deceased, but it’s equally important for us to work with care and empathy for those they left behind — their family, their relatives, and their friends.

Although the State of Colorado does not require that funeral providers carry a license to care for the deceased, we pride ourselves in only having experienced and fully-licensed personnel on staff. It's important for us to make sure that when you need our help, you can trust that you're in good hands.

Today, funeral service education programs are accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education (ABFSE), the national accrediting agency for colleges and universities that offer programs in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science Education. The requirement to obtain a license is a vital element in ensuring services are provided by qualified funeral professionals who are able to assist with the organization of a funeral and trained in helping families go through this emotionally intense period in their life.

Currently in most states, except Colorado, you must have attended and completed a program at an accredited school in order to obtain a license to assist a family at their time of need. Mile High Funeral Professionals have met this vital aspect of mortuary & cremation service.
